2025 Beyond The Notes Music Festival Group Registration
Greetings! This is the online group registration for the 2025 BTN Choir Festival and 2025 BTN Band/Orchestra Festival.

Purpose?     Beyond The Notes Music Festival’s mission is to create and provide profound learning and social experiences through music that go beyond the notes. We believe that young musicians need opportunities to develop in three areas - Skill, Knowledge and Affect (social-emotional). This organization firmly believes that music is an essential component to a well-rounded education. While focusing on the needs of young musicians, the organization also supports and develops the work of educators, pre-service teachers, and composers. ​

Fees?          
$325 per ensemble - this fee pays for adjudicators and other expenses associated with running this festival.   (An invoice will be sent to you with a due date of October 1. Payment can be made with check or credit card)

$300 deposit per ensemble - this fee will be applied to the final registration costs prior to the festival. This deposit is non-refundable after Jan. 1, 2025.

*$44 per participating student --pays for waterpark pass or Adventure Park pass (Kalahari only) and one festival meal (lunch or dinner). Fee not due until one month prior to festival.

This festival is designed for mostly 8th grade ensembles. Ensembles can certainly have younger or older students in them but we cannot accept groups that are mostly 6th grade and younger or 9th grade and older. Please indicate the grade levels represented in your ensemble.

Are you interested in staying overnight with your group? *
Staying overnight with your ensemble is easier than you think and there are some great benefits.How Much*? The price of the hotel room is approx. $157 per room per night for Mon-Thur Nights (quad occupancy) and $207 per room for Friday night. This includes waterpark passes. *These are estimated prices based on current rates. Updated pricing will be available next fall with exact figures.
