The denture base thickness is a minimum of 2.5 mm. Especially in the case of duplication of the existing denture option, if the existing denture base is less than 2.5mm, we will correct it to 2.5mm.

In case the patients has a strong bite and their denture breaks often, even a 3D printed denture may break. Please consider carefully before ordering.

If the intermaxillary distance is 5mm or less, the mandibular trailing edge shall become shorter.
