Dear all,

Thank you for your willingness to participate in training on the prevention of gender-based violence at academic and research institutions in the Czech Republic.

The training consists of watching five short videos. In order to effectively evaluate the impact of the educational videos, we therefore ask you to fill in three sets of questionnaires. The first, introductory, will provide us with useful data on your knowledge and attitudes in the field of gender equality at the workplace, even before the testing begins. The second, following the education videos and test understanding of the topic. And the third, the final evaluation questionnaire, will allow us to assess changes in your understanding of this issue.

Your sincere answers are crucial for the success of the project “Prevention of gender-based violence in the work environment of Czech public research institutions and universities”, financed by funds from Norway (implemented in 10/2022 - 4/2024). The videos and the training material were created as one of the project outcomes. The project aims to increase sensitivity to the issue of gender-based violence and, as a result, create an environment in which all employees are protected and respected.
