Collins, Peek, and Sturges-Brian Scholarship Application
The Foundation of University United Methodist Church is honored to receive applications for the Collins, Peek, and Sturges-Brian Scholarships. In addition to this application, two letters of recommendation and a copy of your most recent high school or college transcripts must be mailed to the church (2416 W. Berry Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76110).  Please complete the entire applications and return all required materials by July 1, 2020.
