Scripture Union Resources Order Form
Use this form to order all the resources you want. After we have received your orders, we will email an invoice to you for the total amount payable, which will include the postage fee. After full payment is made we will send your orders by parcel post via Pos Malaysia.

HOW TO ORDER
1. Fill in all the required fields before moving to the next page.

2. Go to the section(s) where the resources are listed in alphabetical order.

3. When you submit the form you can request for a copy of the orders you made.

4. Please ensure that there is someone to receive the order/parcel at the given address.
    This would avoid additional charges incurred for the second delivery.
    We solicit your cooperation in this matter.
 

HOW TO PAY
Details for payment will be given in the invoice. The invoice will be sent by email to you in due course. Here is the list of the payment methods you can use.
 
1. By cheque, payable to THE SCRIPTURE UNION IN SEMENANJUNG MALAYSIA
 
2. By Internet or ATM transfer
    Bank in to MAYBANK account no. 5141 6964 1884.
 
3. By DuitNow.
    Scan the QR code (given in the invoice) with a mobile banking or e-wallet app.
 
4. Please email/whatsapp payment details to us.
