First Aid Registration Form

This form is for Registration for First Aid. The Course will be Standard or Emergency First Aid Level C/AED given by a St. John Ambulance Instructor.

Please note, you are not registered until you have paid. The cost is $125 per person for Standard First Aid and $100 for Emergency First Aid.

Once you register, an invoice will be sent to you for payment. you can pay via e-transfer at navyhawkins@gmail.com or by credit card

We will be doing the Standard First Aid Course as set out by St. John Ambulance. This will fulfill any requirements for Guides Canada/Guides du Canada & Scouts Canada. This course is also in compliance with the requirements for Workplace NL and can be used as such. Receipts will be issued on completion of the course and certificates will be e-mailed to you.

This Course is available to any member of Guides Canada/Scouts Canada who is age 15 or older.

Which Date *

There are minimums and maximums for class sizes. Minimum of 8 participants, maximum of 12. If there are not enough participants, you will receive a full refund for your selected day and provided with another option if available.

Cancellation Policy: I get it, life happens and things come up. However, I need to purchase supplies. Therefore, you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel at least 2 weeks before your registered class. If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before your class, you will be entitled to 50% of the cost. If you cancel 7 days or less before your class, then you will not be entitled to any refund. *
