Purpose | CitySquare is committed to finding solutions leading to the reduction of poverty in our community. During this pandemic, we want to offer and deliver more resources through the Neighbor Financial Assistance (NFAI) Initiative for those that are struggling financially due to COVID-19.  

Eligible Requests | All requests will be considered individually, but we prioritize rent, mortgage and utility assistance

Submitting Applications | Complete this application thoroughly and submit back-up documentation (e.g., a bill, invoice, etc.) to the following email: financialcoach@citysquare.org or phone number: 214.449.0354

Selection Process | Once you have completed this application and submitted back-up documentation your request will be reviewed for approval. If your request is approved, funds will be distributed within two weeks of the date all documentation was submitted.

Follow-up Survey | After one month of receiving the funds, the recipient may be asked to complete a short survey about the use of the funds and the impact the funds made or will make on their family.
