Cosplay Photos Booking Form
Hello, my name is Ses, I am a Photographer based out of Providence, RI! You can find examples of my work on Instagram (@vulpeculaphotography) and Facebook (VulpeculaStars Cosplay and Photography) and on my website (www.fernfloods.com)

Thank you for choosing to work with me! I ask my clients to fill out this form to maximize our shooting time and ensure everyone is on the same page.

PACKAGE OPTIONS:

-15 minutes of shooting time for 1-2 people with 3-5 edited photos returned: $25
-30 minutes of shooting time for 1-3 people with 6-9 edited photos returned: $40
-60 minutes of shooting time for 4+ people with 12+ edited photos returned will have a discussed price*

*Photo returns & pricing options for 60 minute slots vary depending on group size, so please include as much information as possible so I can give you the correct numbers.

-Additional photos outside of the base packages will cost $4 per edited photo

-Q: Can I bring a friend?
 A: Of course! I want you to have a good experience when we work together, and I try my best to make sure everyone is comfortable! If there is anything I can do in advance to help with this, please let me know! With covid I would like to limit this just a little. Please try to only bring one friend or have them in a group that would not be too close to us while not wearing masks,

-Q: What happens if I'm late to my shoot?
 A: Please try your very best to be on time for your shoot! Any tardiness may count against your shoot time depending on how full my schedule is; this will likely affect the quality/number of photos, so I would strongly recommend getting to the meeting spot in advance! *If you are more than 15 minutes late to any shoot with no communication, I will consider the shoot cancelled and will not issue any refunds.*

***If you are late to a private/location shoot not at a convention I will give more of a grace period, but please communicate with me! I don't mind changing the time/date at all, I just want to know in advance!***

-Q: When will I get my photos back?
 A: I try to edit and send my photos back within two weeks after the con. If I have two cons very close together (for example: Katsucon and PAX East), I may extend this time. I will be sure to communicate with you at the end of our shoot what the case will be, but you are welcome to ask me through email or messages beforehand!

***Location/private shoots will have a turnaround time of about two to three weeks!***

-Q: How will I get my photos?
 A: Photos will be uploaded to Google Drive! After I send you the link to your photos! I will keep them up for two months before taking them down to clear my Drive.  

-Q: Can I edit the photos you send me?
A: You may not. I want my work to be representative of myself and my skills. This includes Instagram filters, editing makeup, changing the background, etc. If you have a theme, I ask that you include the unchanged photo as the next slide on the post (for Instagram). If you see any major things you feel you would like changed after I send your photos, please message me. I am willing to try to make the photos look how you would like, but please know that I have many shoots each con, so I will need extra time to complete the edits. Things such as borders are welcome as they are used to display the whole photo.

Please know that all photos will include eye brightening and basic skin softening. Are there any other edits you would like to request for your photos? (For example: tattoo removal, makeup help) *

Where would you like the shoot to be located? I am based in Providence and I am willing to drive 1-2 hours for longer shoots. If you would like suggestions for this please let me know!
Would you like me to bring my instax camera as well? I will take one photo for free and then extras are $2 each!
