Thank you so much for being willing to serve at our 7th annual Fall Photo Fundraiser at Alexander Homestead. We are so grateful for your help in making the event a success!
There are two options for volunteers at the event on Sunday, October 17th at the event location (4717 Shamrock Drive 28215)
GREETERS
Sign up for a shift from 9:30 to noon or from noon am to 2:30 pm. You will be asked to greet guests, direct them around the event space and generally assist with issues that come up (including set up for first shift and clean up for second shift). This is a great role for a board member, adult volunteer or someone who only has a couple of hours to give.
PHOTOGRAPHY ASSISTANTS
Sign up to assist one of our photographers throughout the event. We ask that you arrive at the event location at 9:30 am. From 10 am until 2 pm, you will greet families at the front, walk them to the photographers location, take any notes needed by the photographer, assist when asked, make babies smile and walk families back to check out. This is a great role for a middle school or high school student in need of volunteer hours for school.
Volunteers will be provided with a free ASA t-shirt to wear at the event and to keep :)
