Thank you so much for being willing to help us make this the best tabletop gaming convention in Northwest Arkansas!

Volunteers will receive access to the hospitality suite with free hot food, a free t-shirt, and a ribbon for your badge that shows you are a certified TableCon volunteer,

To better help TableCon staff organize the volunteers, we ask that you fill out this quick application. We will likely have an informational meeting for all of those doing certain tasks (e.g. library, concessions/merch, registration, etc.), which is why we're asking for contact info.

Contact publishers for donations (or deeply discounted games) to be used in P2W, in our library, and/or for giveaways

Contact local food truck owners who could park at the Rodeo for some/all of the weekend

Deliver marketing goods to game stores in the region (Tulsa, Branson, Little Rock, and beyond!)

Setup Thursday: tables, chairs, boxes, etc.

Setup Thursday: assemble library shelves, arrange games, test check-in/out procedure

Setup Thursday: shop for concessions at Sam's (with our tax-exempt card)

LIBRARY DUTY (2-hr shifts): scan games in and out, adding info about Play-to-Win games as necessary

Registration/info desk (2-hr shifts): check people in, answer questions, set the tone

Concessions and merch (2-hr shifts): use our point-of-sale system to sell junk food, games, t-shirts, enamel pins, etc.

Floater/Hospitality for convention staff and volunteers (2-hr shifts)
