Animeio.Kon Artist Application 2020
Animeio.kon is a one day convention that will be taking place in Livonia on September 13th, 2020.

Before you officially apply for Animeio.Kon's Artist Alley, please be aware of some of the rules and restrictions we have to ensure all artists have a successful and enjoyable event.

- All banners/displays must be free standing, single-sided and only a few inches deep. Please make sure that the tops of all banners/displays are no more than 8ft tall (from the floor) and no more than 5.5ft wide; please keep in mind that tables are 2.5ft high when measuring your display.

-Displays on tables need to be inward facing and no taller than 8ft; no artwork should face out towards another creator’s table; displays cannot obstruct the visibility of other tables.

-The sale of unlicensed material or stolen artwork is strictly prohibited.

-All displayed artwork must be kept to a PG-13 rating.

-Artist Alley table cannot be used to sell merchandise such as recreated t-shirts, pins, CDs/DVDs or plushies, though these materials with your own designs are allowed. Artist Alley tables are exclusively for use by creators who have artwork or other items directly related to their work for sale at their table (i.e. sketchbooks, prints, comics etc.) If you outsource for shirts, plushies, pins, etc, but the design is still yours, that is allowed; we just don't want bootleg or reselling of official merchandise.

-If you are selling with another artist, please specify in this form what their name is, however they are not required to be present.

Artist tables are $15, and a single table comes with 2 artist badges. Additional badges can be received for an additional fee of $5 per badge. Only members with artist badges are allowed behind Artist tables.
Additional details will be sent out with acceptance emails.

Animeio.Kon has a  ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind.
If a person engages in harassing behavior, Animeio.Kon Staff will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including expulsion from Animeio.Kon with no refund.
Our policy applies to EVERYONE at the convention. Exhibitors, fans (attendees), speakers, guests, professionals, press, staff and security are all subject to our Anti-Harassment Policy. *
