Youth Certification Strength

These two 45 minute sessions teach 10-13 year olds proper resistance and functional training along with workout program design, and fitness floor safety and etiquette. 

Upon your child passing the Youth Certification exam, they will receive a certificate of achievement and gain access to the fitness floor with a parent or guardian.
