This form is DUE NO LATER THAN Saturday, November 18, 2024!Completing this form will be a written agreement for confirmed participation in the 2024 Dance Recital Showcase and an agreement to the following:
- I understand it is super important that, starting in January, my dancer attends all classes AND rehearsals.
- I fully understand that if my dancer misses any classes it is the responsibility of the dancer to catch up on any missed recital choreography.
- I understand that the KMC Dance Recital Week is being planned for June 10-June 16, 2024
- I understand that dates and/or the recital venue MAY change as planning is currently ongoing.
- I understand that if my dancer misses any of the recital rehearsals in June, leading up to the recital showcase, there is a possibility they may be removed from a section or all of their routine.
- I agree to pay my Recital Fee of $35 (which includes one student recital tshirt, & trophy)
- I understand that the Recital Fee of $35 is due in its entirety by December 1, 2023.
- I understand the Recital Fee is NON- REFUNDABLE.
- I understand that costume information will be forthcoming and fees will not exceed $90.00/costume for
Level 1-7s. Combo classes will not exceed $125.00 for 2 costumes.
- I understand that the Costume Fee/s are due in entirety by January 20th.
- I understand that recital costume fee/s are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- I understand that all Recital fees will be posted directly to my account
