Vintage Fair 2024
Applications are open to all genres of work to create items modeled after anything and everything PRE-1990.
This event is open to  ⬖⬖ALL CREATORS ⬖⬖

EVENT DATES:   
June 7 - June 17th, 2024

TIMELINE BREAKDOWN:
▣  May 30th - Set up starts
▣  June 3rd (9pm) - Set up deadline
▣  June 3rd (9pm) - Media Preview
▣  June 5th (9pm) - Extended Deadline (3500L Fee)
▣  June 6th (9am) - Soft Opening
▣  June 7th (9am) - Soft Opening Ends
▣  June 7th  (noon) - General Opening
  June 17th (noon) - Event ends

REQUIREMENTS:
✔  1 new and exclusive** item 
 All items in the booth must be in theme

**EXCLUSIVE ITEM - an item that is not for sale anywhere else during the time of the event and has never been sold by you or given away by you previously. It must be new. Recolors are not exclusive.  
**NO COPYRIGHT OR TRADEMARKED ITEMS ALLOWED**

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:  
➤ You must make your own product or visibly alter templates to make them your own
➤ The setup deadline is Monday, June 3rd, at 9 PM SLT
➤ If you do not finish setup by 9 PM on June 3rd, you may purchase a 48 hour extension before 9 PM SLT on June 4th. Failure to buy the extension on time will  result in immediate removal from the event. 
➤ Failure to set up by the extended deadline (if purchased) will result in immediate removal from the event.
➤ All items in your booth MUST reflect the event theme. 
➤ Older items are allowed as long as they fit the theme and your prim limit (additional prims will be available for purchase once we open for setup)
➤ All items must be INSIDE your booth
➤ No lights are permitted in your booth and very limited script usage is allowed. You may have split scripts, vendor scripts (no multi-vendors allowed), scripts in items that are being sold, and pose and animation scripts (if being sold).  All other scripts must be removed. Scripts in decor, must be scrubbed. No landmark scripts, social media scripts, nor redelivery scripts are permitted. If we see them, they will be returned to you. 
➤ No refunds will be given after April 15th. 
➤ In world group is mandatory for setup

     ★Only owners listed on the application will have access to the sim(s)
     ★You are responsible for joining the group and/or our Discord when given the
         opportunity so that you may receive the most current event information. 

➤ A demo area will be provided. 
➤ The sim is rated G so that anyone can attend. Please make sure your ads are family 
      friendly. Adult items may be displayed with full scripts in the demo area only.

Prices reflect prims and not necessarily store size. When possible, we will provide larger stores for more prims.

           ➤ Your logo/billboard placed at the landing point. This may contain scripts to do
                 one of the following: invite people to your group, give an LM, give a link to your
                 social media or your marketplace
           ➤ Your logo or brand name will be on all promotional materials that we use for
                advertising the event
           ➤ Your name listed as a sponsor in all official press releases
           ➤ Your brand listed in the sim description
           ➤ Your personal business group will have 24 hours early access to shop the event
           ➤ Your items will be listed near the top of our shopping guide
           ➤ Your store will be located as near to the landing point as possible if you have not 
                 already chosen a landing point store
           ➤ You will receive an additional 50 prims to use at the event

If you are ONLY interested in a sponsorship but not interested in being a regular Vintage Fair participant, please contact Kira Paderborn directly.  If you want to participate in Vintage Fair as a vendor and also have interest in being a sponsor, please fill out the application as normal.

           ➤ Your Logo (with URL link) will be displayed on the Silly Llama Productions website
                 as our event partner from time of payment until July 1st
           ➤ Your personal business group will have 24 hours early access to shop the event
           ➤ Your items will be listed FIRST in our shopping guide
           ➤ Your store will be located as near to the landing point as possible if you have not
                 already chosen a landing point store
           ➤ You will receive an additional 50 prims to use at the event

OUR POLICY: 
➤  Stores with an active DMCA filed against them will not be considered. 
➤  Event organizers have the right to refuse entry into our events (whether as a vendor or 
      participant)
➤  Before we remove a designer from the event, we will try to resolve the issue.
