The On-Call Empath Podcast is distributed worldwide to our audience via multiple platforms, including, but not limited to podcast platforms, and possibly through other audio and/or video platforms. We both agree I am the owner of all of the rights to this recording and may edit for time or clarity and distribute it electronically and digitally.

Please note for we do not offer refunds for the Elite Coaches Series guests because the production process is time consuming, such as creating audio clips, this is outsourced to an outside marketing firm, the marketing packages offered are non-refundable once process is completed.
