Application for Holy Baptism
From the Book of Common Prayer, page 298:
Holy Baptism is full initiation by water and the Holy Spirit into Christ’s Body the Church. The bond which God establishes in Baptism is indissoluble. Holy Baptism is appropriately administered within the Eucharist as the chief service on a Sunday or other feast.

Preferred Date of Baptism
From the Book of Common Prayer, page 312:
Holy Baptism is especially appropriate at the Easter Vigil, on the Day of Pentecost, on All Saints’ Day or the Sunday after All Saints’ Day, and on the Feast of the Baptism of our Lord (the First Sunday after the Epiphany). It is recommended that, as far as possible, Baptisms be reserved for these occasions or when a bishop is present.

Please note: there is not currently a visit from our bishop scheduled for 2024.

We also  know that sometimes one of the recommended dates for baptisms simply won't work for a family. If that is true in your situation, the Rector can always make exceptions (for example, if the trouble is scheduling baptismal sponsors to come at a particular time). If you would like to request a pastoral exception, you can select "other" from the list given and then share your pastoral situation below.

Options for the Date & Liturgy Time: *
If you selected "other" above, please explain the pastoral situation why one of the normal baptismal feast days will not work for you.
Who would you like to perform the baptism? (If not one of our clergy, the minister must be an ordained Episcopal clergy person). *
