The Wilcox Bay Area JV Novice Invitational will be using Discord as one of our primary tournament platforms.

We have assembled a document that walks you through the Online Platforms that we will be using: tinyurl.com/wilcoxonlineinfo

This document also includes information about Friday Registration.

We will need all students and judges to have a Discord account, and install the Discord Application on their computers and phones. Everyone must also have a linked Tabroom account.

All coaches, judges, and students must complete this form before Friday 4/2.

Role *
We will be assigning a "role" to each person on the Discord Platform in order to distinguish their role in the tournament. We will split the Competitor Role into 3 categories: LD, PF, and Speech (imp/oratory/interp/spar).

Your Discord ID must be in the following format: [USERNAME]#1234. The Discord ID is case sensitive, includes spaces if there are any. Please refer to the Online Platforms Doc for step-by-step directions. (If you do not do this step correctly, we will be unable to identify you on the Discord Platform this weekend)! The Discord ID is BOTH the username AND the 4 digit #.
