I have read and understand the the following: Community Music Center (CMC) will provide a Concert Hall Manager that will open our facilities to you to turn on lights, keep the facilities clean, help you with any assistance you need, and lock our gates.  All events MUST END AT 10PM. CMC will book a sound engineer if one is requested for an additional fee.  A deposit for half of the agreed upon fee will be required on the date of booking. The second payment will be required on the day of the event and will be handed to the Hall Manager. *
