2024 Lincoln PTO Ski Trip
Join us Sunday, February 11th for a fun day on the slopes at Mountain Top Ski Hill at Grand Geneva Resort in Lake Geneva, WI. (9:00am - 3:00pm)

You do not need to complete the Google form for any adults/siblings that are also attending, but will still need to register and pay for them, shown in the instructions below.  

There are different transportation options shown below.  This year a bus will also be provided this year for (65) individuals.  Once it is filled, it will be removed from the form and other transportation will be needed.
  • Bus leaves @ 7:30 a.m. from Lincoln Middle School and 3:30 p.m. from Grand Geneva.  
  • Please be at school between 7 & 7:30 a.m. to board the bus. QR Code must be on students phone to board the bus at check-in.  
  • Please check-in at 3:00 p.m. at the center concourse by Ski School Desk.  Bus will leave Grand Geneva at 3:30 p.m. once all students are checked in.  Expected time back at Lincoln Middle School will be around 5:00 p.m. 
  • Additional check-in times are at noon for Lincoln students!

Below is the registration links and instructions to purchase lift tickets, rentals and/or lessons.  Please make sure that you are selecting the correct date.

Registration Instructions, after clicking on the above link:

 1. Select the first item that you want to add to your cart (i.e. lift ticket)

2. Once you have selected an item, it will ask you for the quantity.  It is already set at “1” so please adjust accordingly. Click the “NEXT” button at the bottom of the page to continue

3. Next it will take you to a calendar.  Please make sure that you select the correct date, as there will be other dates available that are not yours. Your date is Sunday, February 11th of 2024. Select “NEXT” at the bottom of  the page to continue.

4. After selecting your date, it will ask you to sign into your account.

5. Once you are signed in, it will ask you for the pass holder information.  If you had an account already it should pull this information, if not, please enter all information for the pass holder.  If you entered 3 lift tickets for the quantity, it will show 3 “GUEST NAME” tabs on the left side. You will enter in for all skiers. Make sure to hit “CONTINUE” at the bottom of the ski to make sure the information saves.

 a. Anyone under the age of 18 must have the same address, phone number, and email address as their parent/guardian.

  b. Anyone over the age of 18 must have different email addresses listed.

6. When you have finished entering in all of the pass holder information, click “CONTINUE” at the bottom of the screen, you will then be directed to complete the waiver.

7. Repeat steps 2-5 for any additional items you need to add to your cart (i.e. Rentals & Lessons). Once selecting the pass holder from the list, it will add the item and direct you to the cart since you already completed the waiver.

8. If you are registering more than 1 pass holder, please make sure you have added items for them and completed the waiver as well.

9. When all items have been added to your cart, you will then proceed with checking out. Select the small box at the bottom stating that you agree to the Terms and Conditions and the green CHECKOUT button will show.

10. Follow the prompts to finish the payment.

11. After you have successfully paid for the items in your cart, you will receive a QR code. This will be how you get the lift tickets, rentals, and/or lessons when you arrive at the Mountain Top.  We will scan the QR code and get your ticket printed to hit the slopes!

**Please note the cart limit is 10 items total per transaction. With that being said, we do strongly recommend that you purchase each week’s items separately**

SUPERVISION: Please note that if you are planning to drop-off your child(ren), there will be times when your child will not be supervised and will be required to check-in with a PTO chaperone. *
CHAPERONING: If you are interested in being a chaperone, please check the box below.  Chaperones do not need to ski - they'll just be parents that children will have to be on the bus (free transportation), check-in with during the day, out on the hill and in the lodge.
