Reunion 2024 Late Arrivals / Early Departures
If you are staying on-campus, in the residence halls, and can't arrive during the On-Campus Housing Headquarters hours of operation or need to leave before headquarters opens, please complete this form by Friday, May 24. Late check-outs are not permitted. Failure to check-out in person or without making any special arrangements will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.

*Remember, all guests must first check-in at the Reunion Welcome Center located in the MacVittie College Union Lobby.

  • Friday, June 7
         Check-in -- 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 8
         Check-out -- 7:00 - 10:00 a.m.
         Check-in -- 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, June 9
         Check-out -- 7:00 - 10:00 a.m.
Guest who complete these form will be sent alternate instructions for picking-up or returning your residence hall key/code/access card and rented linens if applicable.
