Bursary Application form - Clubs Winter Session 2024

Thanks to the generous contributions of our sponsors, we are able to offer full and partial financial
bursaries that provide youth with the opportunity to attend our camp programs. Please follow these
steps to submit your bursary application:

1. FIll out this form.

2. Have your child write a short letter to SCI-FI Science Camps c/o Coordinator Sci-Fi
that explains why they would like to attend camp this summer. The letter does not have to
mention the bursary.

3. Send (mail, email) in the child’s letter to SCI-FI Science
Camps by January 13th, 2024 at noon.  Due to a limited amount of
bursary funding, late applications cannot be processed.

A bursary will cover the cost of one season of Saturday Science Clubs. Only one bursary application per child.

After the bursary application deadline, applicants will be contacted by phone or email about
their bursary.
