In the interest of your own puppy’s health and the health of other dogs at the Arrows Adventures, it is a requirement of the program that your puppy’s vaccinations are on schedule. It is understood that your puppy will not yet have completed the full round of vaccinations, however, you must still provide evidence that he/she has received at least their 6-8 week vaccination (in the form of a letter or certificate - photocopies accepted, or a picture of their vaccination booklet), issued by your puppy’s vet clinic.

Our classes include a special one of K9 Kindy session on Friday 29th October
K9 Kindy works off a pick-up and delivery system for most of Tauranga. Pick-up will be between 8-9AM, with drop-off between 2.30- 4PM, or I will organise meeting points for those out of pickup/delivery zone.
If you won't be home during these times, I am happy to collect your puppy from a secure location (such as your yard, or kennel and run). If your puppy is usually locked in the house, you can provide a key.

The following guidelines have been written to ensure the smooth running of Arrow’s Adventures Puppy Class. These guidelines must be adhered to at all times to ensure the safety of school participants and Arrow’s Adventures staff and animals.
1. Participants are expected to disclose any changed in health status to their dog through the week. Arrow’s Adventures reserves the right to deny attendance due to health status or behaviour.

2.   Payment is due within 48 hours of registration to confirm space in course, unless previously discussed.

3. Participants are responsible for their own dog and are expected to keep their dog on a leash at all times (except when otherwise instructed by their trainer).

4. Participants are expected to clean up after their own dog.

5. The school supervisors have the right at any stage throughout course to modify these rules.

6. I further understand that their owners, staff­, partners and volunteers, will not be liable, financially or otherwise, for injuries to my dog, me or any property of mine whilst my dog is participating in services provided by Arrow's Adventures. I hereby release Arrow's Adventures of any liability of any kind arising from my dog participating in any of the services provided.

7.  I further understand by allowing my dog to participate in services off­ered by Arrow's Adventures I am authorizing the taking of photos of my dog for publication and/or promotions, social media and/or website use.

8. I understand that there are risks and benefits associated with group socialization of dogs. I agree that the benefits outweigh the risks and I accept the risks. I desire a socialized environment for my dog while attending services provided by Arrow's Adventures, including swimming pool, sandpits and all other available entertainment. I understand that while Arrow's Adventures; staff­ to prevent any incidence carefully monitors socialization and play, it is still possible during the course of a normal play that my dog could receive injury.

9. I understand that in person classes can only be held during Level 2. Should Tauranga return to level 3, Arrows Adventures reserve the right to hold classes online or postpone classes until such a time we return to level 2.

10. I understand that it is my responsibility to check class dates and times.
