Concussion Awareness - Parents/Guardians (for players 18 and under)
The new Rowan’s Law provincial legislation came into effect on July 1, 2019.
All sports organizations require athletes, as well as the parent/guardian (for athletes under 18), to confirm that they have reviewed the concussion awareness resources provided by the Government of Ontario.
The Government of Ontario has created three e-booklets that are geared towards specific age groups.
You must review the e-booklet appropriate to your age and complete this form (every year):
10 & Under -
