Potential nominees must have participated in their first BDACT production 20 or more years ago.

Completed forms can be submitted at any time. Once you have nominated someone, they will stay in the pool of nominees – there is no need to nominate someone each year.

Please note: Current employees of BDACT and BDACT Board of Directors are not eligible for Wall of Fame nomination or induction.

Current members of the Recognition Committee, if nominated, cannot vote for themselves in the first round of voting.

In the event that your nominee has passed, please use a spouse, child, or other family member’s information can be used for address, phone number, and/or email address.

Nominees (or their next of kin) will be contacted by the Wall of Fame Committee requesting additional information to bolster their Wall of Fame nomination/resume.
