Notes about the internship:
  • This year's internship program will run from May 6th - June 7th
  • Students are expected to intern full time (approximately 30 hours per week). Hours and days may vary depending on the site. 
  • Students may intern at two separate sites to complete the hourly requirement.
Notes for the mentor: 
  • Mentor will need to read and sign the handbook (we will send you an electronic agreement to sign)
  • Mentors should watch the 10 minute video training included in this form and check the "done" box when complete. 
  • Site Preview Visit Day April 24th 9am-12pm Student will practice the commute and parking, tour the site and meet with you. 
  • Two site visits from the internship advisor during the internship
