1) This equity report will remain 100% confidential. You can choose to remain anonymous if you would like to bring an issue to our attention, but do not require mediation or do not want to talk to anyone further.
2) This equity report will have flexible confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal identifying information unless you allow us to. Use this option if you would like one of the equity officers to reach out to you to discuss what options you would like to take without revealing your identity to the other party.
3) This equity report will have voluntary disclosure of identifying information. If you would like to have a discussion with someone else but would also like the equity team to be present for mediation purposes, select this option and we will reach out to the relevant parties.
NAUDC 2023 policy on confidentiality does not apply to issues involving theft, assault, or other criminal offenses.
