Tenets Workshop Request Form
Thank you so much for your interest! We are facing a significant influx of requests and deeply honored that you and other organization are seeking to partner with us in this time of difficulty and possibility.

In the effort to create transparency, we want to share the following with you:

- Our workshop availability begins in November 2021.
- We will respond to your request within 3 weeks. Once we confirm your organization's availability and type/number of workshops needed, please allow 3-4 weeks for us to confirm the date(s) and facilitator(s).
- We have placed in-person workshops on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We will be facilitating virtual workshops only until it is safe(r) to be physically together again.

Please tell us in one or two sentences what your goals are in bringing a Tenets workshop to your program/department/organization/company.
Tenets workshops require two facilitators who are paired in a way to reflect our commitment to diversity. Would you like to request a particular facilitator(s)?
Please note that we cannot fulfill all requests.
Please describe the demographics (e.g. race, gender, class, and any other identities that are relevant/important) of the anticipated workshop participants.
We have found that participants can feel more brave when they see aspects of themselves in facilitators as they engage in conversations about diversity, equity, and inclusion. As such, your response will help us to be as thoughtful as possible when it comes to selecting the facilitators for your workshop.
Does your organization have any unique contracting or invoicing needs?
This includes needing to enroll in state/county systems, requirement to use internal contracts (rather than the standard Tenets Initiative Workshop Agreement), contracting or invoicing with multiple entities, etc.
