The following procedures apply to summer training, conditioning and workouts. It is important to note that these activities are not mandatory and parents/guardians freely elect to have their children participate or not.

In accordance with the NFHS (National Federation of State High School Association), the WIAA (Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association), the SMAC (Sports Medicine Advisory Committee), the USOC (United State Olympic Committee) and the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention), the following procedures have been established by the Notre Dame Academy Athletic Department as guidelines to address the COVID-19 virus and athletic activities. These procedures outline the different parameters coaches, athletes, athletic department staff and maintenance staff will follow and work from.

We believe it is essential to the physical and mental well-being of students at NDA to return to physical activity. We understand that not all students will be able to return to and sustain athletic activity and that not all sports will not be able to return to full capacity.  Our No. 1 goal is that student-athletes are going to be coming to school and will be in a safe environment.  We want as many students involved as possible, but know that as we continue to monitor the safety of our programs and the local, state and national guidelines, different parameters set by NDA could change at any time. We understand changes to previous procedures will cause an inconvenience but at this time Notre Dame Academy believes it is necessary these measures are taken to protect the safety of everyone involved in the athletic program.
