Scholarship Recommendation Form
The Office of Major Scholarships seeks to collaborate with faculty and staff in identifying students who are strong candidates for major national scholarship opportunities. Encouragement from a faculty or staff member makes a significant difference in whether a student decides to pursue a scholarship opportunity.

Please provide details for students who you believe have the potential to be competitive for a major national scholarship and may be interested in learning more about the opportunities available to them. Successful applicants not only have a high GPA but also a diverse academic and extracurricular profile, including research, public service, or leadership experience.

After your submission is received, you will be copied on an email to each recommended student with an invitation for them to meet with the Office of Major Scholarships, or to attend a specific scholarship info session.
