We have opened this anonymous questions, concerns, and suggestions box to help those who are not comfortable comfortable coming to a member of staff with any issues or dilemmas they encounter! Anything you need assistance with, we are here to help with, even the smallest of issues.
If you are dropping in a concern about a user or member of staff breaking the Terms of Service via this box, you must supply proof. If you do not supply proof we are unable to help you.
For matters revolving around your individual Kiamaras.com account, please DM a moderator or a member of the admin team so we can help you as we cannot respond to these kinds of questions without knowing your username
All questions and concerns will be responded to within 5 days on the Questions and Concerns channel of the Discord Group. If you post a suggestion and wish for us to respond to it, we will respond to it within 5 days on the Suggestions channel of the Discord Group.
