We invite LSMU international students to attend Psychological resilience group. During the meetings students gain more knowledge about psychological health and try different practical methods of self-help.
The cycle of sessions in Engish:
1. Recognition of emotions
2. Stress
3. Stress coping and relaxation techniques
4. Plan to improve psychological health
5. Self-esteem strengthening and personal growth
The other group meetings will be at 2021 autumn.
The exactly date and time will be informed later (mostly this groups are organized at Thursdays).
Each meeting will take 1,5-2 hour.
Meetings will be remotely via Microsoft Teams platform, in English.
We invite you to participate to all of the group meetings.
