ABOUT NERSC
NERSC is a 501c3 non-profit organization with the mission to build a community of learning for Resident Service Coordinators to enhance the lives of the people they serve.

Established in 1998, we are comprised of an 18-member Board of Directors, a volunteer Conference Planning Committee representing more than 20 management organizations, and two full-time staff members. We host hundreds of Resident Service Coordinators and housing professionals from New England and beyond.

NERSC offers an annual conference which rotates throughout New England each May, a newly-added virtual conference in November, year-round live webinars, and a library of on-demand training to help RSCs meet HUD requirements and gain the knowledge to better serve residents. We have recently become a membership organization to better connect RSCs to each other, to resources, and to products and services available.
