Midwest Music and Mingle Vendor Application
Thank you so much for applying to be a vendor for Midwest Music and Mingle. This will be a quarterly event so if you are not chosen to vend we will have other opportunities where you will be able to showcase your brand. The brands we are specifically looking for are the following:

  • Streetwear and Urban Apparel
  • Artists Looking to sell their art ( can be paintings, sculptures or other forms of artwork)
  • Stationary items ( Office Supplies)
  • Organizations ( For Profit or Non Profit Organizations)
  • Art Supply Retailer
  • Marketing and Communications Companies.

What type of Brand/ Company do you have? *
To vend for this event the fee is $100. You will receive a table(6ft) and two chairs to vend for this event. You will also have 1hr to set up before guest arrive. You will be responsible for bringing your own table cloth. If you do not have one you will be able to rent one from Snapsxstyles Media the day of. You will also be provided with refreshments the day of and marketing materials for the event leading up until the event.
