The registration cost is sliding scale and affordable thanks to the generous contribution of the CRS Danish Alumni Association and Poul-Erik’s kind offer to let us use the site for free.

All tickets include accommodation, all meals, pickup from the Hostelbro train station and all activities from Friday dinner to Sunday breakfast.

       - General ticket: sliding scale: between 90€ and 60€ (we would encourage paying 90€, as that will help us sponsor the cost of a student ticket). Children under 16 can come for free with an adult.
       - Students or un(der)employed: 30€ (we will ask that you volunteer for 1-2 hours at the event).  
       - 4 students or un(der)employed offer!: 100€

Nobody will be turned away if they can’t afford to pay for the ticket, please email us at stendisreunion@gmail.com and we will sort something out!

Please transfer the ticket cost to the account listed below. You will need to both submit this form and transfer the total cost to be fully registered. We will confirm when we have received both (please give us a bit of time, around 5 working days, to confirm).

If transferring from a different currency, we recommend using one of the online platforms to save on transfer costs like www.transferwise.com or others.

In the subject please note the first letter of your name and your whole surname, followed by the type of ticket and amount.
