Within this Google Form, you'll be able to submit ban appeals for blacklists, in-game bans and Discord server bans. Please keep in mind that if you're blacklisted from a staff position, you'll need direct approval from the Staff Management Department as to if you can appeal your blacklist or not. Applying without the Staff Management Department's approval will automatically void your appeal. Located below are requirements, please review them to ensure the best of luck on a positive appeal outcome.
- Must have waited over a week after your ban/pban/blacklist was issued.
- Must be respectful about the situation & not start drama. Doing so will lead to an immediate decline of your appeal.
- Must be patient throughout the whole progress. Don’t expect us to immediately contact you.
- Must agree to follow all of our regulations.
