Longwood University LIFE STEM Application
Thank you for your interest in the LIFE STEM Program. Successful applicants for the LIFE STEM Program must meet the following criteria
  • Acceptance to Longwood University
  • Demonstrated academic talent
  • Chosen major of biology, chemistry, environmental science, or physics/dual-degree engineering
  • Demonstrated financial need based on Federal Pell Grant eligibility
This google form will serve as your application to the program. Once you have started to fill out the google form, you will not be able to save your work and come back to it at a later time if you close out of the browser. Although we don't expect this application to take a long time to complete, please be sure to give yourself enough time. A list of the requirements for this form have been provided on the LIFE STEM website. It might be a good idea to consider answering these questions on a separate document and then transfer them to this form.

In addition to this form, one additional item is need to complete your application. This should be emailed to LIFESTEM@longwood.edu by the appropriate individuals described below.
  • A copy of your unofficial transcripts. This does not have to have the official school seal and should be sent from your guidance counselor or other administrative staff at your school.
