Event Timing: Friday April 8 through Sunday April 10, 2022

Harmony runs with volunteers! Just as with in-person camp, we need lots of people to help this event happen. Thank you for your willingness to be part of the volunteer team for Spring Harmony 2022!

We need two types of volunteers:

1.  SESSION ASSISTANTS - Assist Workshop Leaders in the breakout rooms. Duties include: renaming/numbering participants, muting participants or asking them to unmute, troubleshooting common audio/video problems, and removing problem participants if necessary. Also helpful to know: how to drag/drop people's videos on your screen to keep the numbers in order, and how to screen share.

2.  HOST - The Host greets people as they arrive in the Lobby, and maintains a welcoming atmosphere.  The Host provides information about the event, handles minor technical questions, and juggles multiple tasks at once. This job requires prior training and experience. We will contact potential hosts directly.

We require that all Session Assistants and Hosts have been trained for these tasks, either by the Harmony trainings that have taken place for 2020 and 2021, or in an analogous training, or that you have had comparable experience helping to lead a similar event on Zoom.

Once you have registered for online Spring Harmony, and submitted this Volunteer Form, someone will contact you. Online Spring Harmony will be awesome, with your help!

Deadline for volunteer sign-up: March 30, 2022. Please sign up as soon as possible, as early responders have more choices of volunteer slots.
