I give permission for my child to participate in the fall musical, White Christmas, including all required rehearsals and performances. All rehearsals, performances and strike from November 5th -21st are required.
I am aware that the Harlequin Club will be following the district approved Health and Safety Plan. Of specific importance to us is the requirement to mask and to keep your child home if they are symptomatic - "If SYMPTOMATIC, regardless of level of exposure, the student, employee, or visiting guest is to remain home for a minimum of three days from onset. If symptoms resolve AND if fever-free for 24 hours, then they are able to return to school/work and must mask through the 7th day (no mask exemptions), unless directed otherwise by the BCHD." To read the whole plan https://www.cbsd.org/cms/lib/PA01916442/Centricity/Domain/4302/CBSD%20Health%20and%20Safety%20Plan%20-%209-2-21.pdf
All students who participate in the show are asked to contribute $100 through fundraising/ad sales for the Playbill. That requirement can be met by selling ads in the community or purchasing an ad yourself for your student. Other fundraising opportunities may be available. I am aware of this fundraising requirement. Cast are required to do ad sales. It is optional for crew, but would be appreciated.
I have completed the medical form and will have my child bring it to rehearsal on Monday 9/20. Disregard the date - the form is still valid. Find the form here https://www.cbsd.org/Page/45108
Is there anything we need to know about your student in terms of the requirements for this show?
Your answer
I would like to be added to the parent volunteer committee.
