Due to the federal “No Child Left Behind” education reform law, high schools are required to provide lists of all juniors and seniors, including names, addresses and telephone numbers to military recruiters.

However, parents can opt to have their sons’ or daughters’ names removed from the list by completing the attached form.  (If your child is a senior and you removed their name last year, please do not re-submit this form.)

If we do not receive anything from you, your child’s name, address and telephone number will be provided when requested by the military.
