Thank you for your application to be a vendor at this years Farm Fest 2023 - Backyard Bands & Brews!
We look forward to reviewing your application and will be confirming available spots as we receive applications.
We will be looking for a variety of Food Trucks and Food Vendors that are able to provide quality food to hundreds of hungry guests. Last year saw over 500 adults plus kids and we anticipate closer to 750 adults this year.
We plan to have 5 food vendors so it is important that you are prepared to serve food from 12pm when gates open until 8pm or later. This means you are well stocked with more than enough food to ensure you make the maximum amount of profit and our guests arent left feeling disappointed and hungry :)
If your application is accepted we will collect a $100 vendors fee and require a copy of your valid food vending license and insurance.
Your fee will include 2 tickets into the festival for yourself and one helper.
Vendors will need to provide their own food truck or food service tent, generator, etc. Power is not available.
Vendors will be expected to arrive early enough to be set up and ready to serve at 12pm -8pm or later.
Camping is an option for Vendors, Volunteers and Performers only.
