This form helps us best understand & prepare for your half or whole lamb order. Orders can be picked up at the Rochester Farmer's Market on Saturdays, directly from the butcher, or delivered to a pick up point in Bloomington, MN biweekly. Accepted payment by card, check, Venmo or cash. Please make payments payable to O'Neill Family Farm & be prepared to pay part at time of order and the remaining amount at pick-up in full.
Half lamb orders are $210 and whole lamb orders are $420.
Common ways of cutting half lambs include: sliced neck, half-sized bone-in shoulder, shoulder stew meat, 1" thick rib chops and 1" thick loin chops, sirloins as kabobs, 2 shanks, 1 bone-in leg of lamb roast, and organ meat.
Common way of cutting whole lambs include: sliced neck, bone-in shoulder, 4 shanks, 1" thick rib chops and 1" thick loin chops, sirloins as kabobs, 1 bone-in leg of lamb roast, 2 half-sized boneless leg roasts, and organ meat.
