Lelenfant is an intercultural project run by producers and artists
until recently affiliated under the name of Brave Kids. This initiative, based
on the "children teach children" model of work, has been bringing together
young people of different nationalities for years. Children of the same age
exchange skills over the course of events and workshops. Regardless of their
country of origin, they find a common language through play, games and
creative expression.
The people responsible for the success of this project, now active in the
foundation “Przyjaźń, Sztuka, Edukacja”, received the 2021 “30 kreatywnych
Wrocławia” award in the category of culture, art, design. This success was not
only a recapitulation of last year, but also an impulse to look into the future.
For the past few months, intensive work has been going on the new version of
the project.
Brave Kids are art and development activities for local art groups or
individuals interested in creative encounters with others. The workshops,
based on the "children teaching children" model of work, will be led by
experienced Brave Kids instructors, aiming to discover potential talents of
individual participants, who in turn share their skills with others.
The workshop includes exercises that support the expression and freedom of
creative performance of individual participants through artistic elements:
movement, dance, art and music, as well as team games. The idea behind the
workshops is to enhance the children's sense of self-confidence, develop skills
of cooperation and creative performance, communication and empathy.
Final in Wrocław
The Brave Kids Together artistic workshops are a lot of fun and creative
challenges, which will culminate in the final show in Warsaw and
participation in the Grand Picnic in Wrocław, hosting dozens of young artists
from all over Poland. The Brave Kids workshops for children and young
people are run by art instructors with all the required qualifications.

Brave Kids 2022 is supported by a grant from the Municipality of Wroclaw
and the National Centre for Culture as part of the program "Kultura-
Interwencje".
It is being held as part of the statutory activities of the Przyjaźń Sztuka
Edukacja Foundation.
