I. INTRODUCTION
This contract is between the ambassador and REMEDY HEALTH LTD. (NOURISHED)
II. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
NOURISHED and the ambassador acknowledge the terms of this contract and will comply.
III. TERMS
This contract will begin on the date of signature (see bottom of form) and will end within 14 days upon receipt of written notice by the ambassador, with intent to leave the NOURISHED Ambassador Programme.
IV. COMMISSION
The total payable amount from NOURISHED to the ambassador will be £30.00 per new order. This includes both subscription and One-time purchase options. Commission is only valid on first initial orders and excludes recurring orders. Payment will be made by bank transfer. Payment to the ambassador will be made monthly, on or around the 15th of the following month.
V. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
a. The ambassador should create original, high-quality content that MUST follow the brand guidelines which will be provided by NOURISHED.
b. Content will be shared by the ambassador to their social media account as specified in their ‘Ambassador Sign-Up form.’
c. At any time, NOURISHED can request the ambassador adds tags, links, or titles in the description of the uploaded media content.
d. All content produced should be compliant with the terms and conditions of the social media platform being used.
VI. COPYRIGHT
REMEDY HEALTH LTD. (NOURISHED) own the copyright and usage rights to share and redistribute any and all content produced by the ambassador, in both organic content and paid social advertisements.
VII. CONFIDENTIALITY
This contract is strictly confidential and only authorised persons are allowed to see.
VIII. AMENDMENT
This contract can only be changed or modified through the written consent of both parties, REMEDY HEALTH LTD. (NOURISHED) and the ambassador.
