Electronic Waiver
On behalf of my team, I accept and assume any and all risks associated with the players attendance and participation in any and all La Little Liga's leagues and tournaments. I understand that my players should not participate if he/she is not healthy. I understand that my Players must abide all rules and the instructions given by the staff of the league and tournament. I understand that my presence is required at all Games is in attendance so, I can care for him/her if injured. Permission is hereby granted for photographs and/or videos to be taken of my players during leagues and tournaments for publicity and marketing materials use by La Little Liga. Knowing these facts, and in consideration of you accepting my players's participation in the La Little Liga program; I, or anyone acting on my players's behalf, agree that La Little Liga and/or La Little Liga's staff are not responsible for accidents, injuries, and/or medical or dental expenses arising from my players's participation in this league and tournaments. In accordance with this agreement, I promise not to sue, and I release La Little Liga and anyone working on their behalf from all claims of liability or expenses of any kind relating to my players's participation in any and all leagues and tournaments.
