If you pay income tax or capital gains tax we can reclaim the tax you have already paid on your child's weekly subscriptions (subs). This involves no cost to yourself and does not require you to disclose any personal information other than that request on this form. You simply need to complete and sign Section A.
If you do not pay tax or do not wish to allow us to claim Gift Aid then please complete Section B.
As required by law we will retain the data submitted in in this form for seven years from date of collection, even if the Young Person's membership of 1st Bedworth Scout Group should cease, after which it will be deleted.
