ACRL Oregon Professional Development Scholarship Application
How can the Professional Development Scholarship be used?  
The ACRL-Oregon Professional Development Scholarship may be used toward opportunities such as remote conferences, workshops, courses, seminars, or other learning opportunities appropriate to the applicant. If you have already registered for an upcoming conference like OnlineNW, OLA, or ACRL, you can use the scholarship to be reimbursed.

Who is eligible?
Oregon library workers and those who hope to work in Oregon libraries in the future. Preference will be given to current ACRL-OR members and applicants who have not received a Professional Development Scholarship from ACRL-OR in the last year.

In awarding scholarships, preference is given to: 1. Applicants from diverse cultural/ethnic backgrounds and/or historically marginalized groups, 2. Applicants employed at institutions or in positions serving under-represented groups, 3. Applicants who have not previously been awarded an ACRL-OR scholarship, and/or 4. Applicants employed at community or technical colleges or applicants employed at smaller or rural institutions with limited funding.
