1.PACFES/PACLANに出展するには、いつまでに申し込めばいいですか？

1 月 15 日の 22:00 までに本フォームで申し込みを完了している必要があります。 先着順で募集枠が埋まり次第終了となりますのでお早目のお申込みをお勧めします。

2. なぜ出店料が無料?

幸運にもホテルフクラシア様に会場をご協賛いただいており、PAC-FESをを通じて地元のクリエイターや企業の方をサポートするイベントを開催して関西のシーンを盛り上げたいと考えています。

PACFES/PACLANを最大限にご活用ください。

3. 安全上のお願い

アルコールの販売はアルコールバンドを着用している方のみへ許可されます。許可されていない未成年へアルコールを販売したことが判明した出展者は、退去して頂きます。火は使用頂けません。ケータリング業者は他の場所で料理を準備し、販売場所に持ち込むことをお勧めします。すべての出展者は誰に対しても販売を拒否することができます。

予告なしにポリシーまたはルールを変更または修正する可能性がございます。

Attendees must respect common sense rules for public behavior, personal interaction, common courtesy, and respect for private property. Harassing or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. PACFES/PACLAN reserves the right to revoke, without refund, the membership of any attendee not in compliance with this policy. Persons finding themselves in a situation where they feel their safety is at risk or who become aware of an attendee not in compliance with this policy should immediately locate the nearest staff member so that the matter can be handled in an expeditious manner.

The PACFES/PACLAN Information Desks are located in the front entrance of the event as well as in the lobby floor of the Main hall. During show hours you can always find a PACFES/PACLAN staff member at the Information Desks. Please stop by there if you have any questions or concerns.

No functional props or weapons are allowed at Comic-Con. Simulated or costume weapons may be allowed as a part of your costume, subject to prior approval by security and compliance with the following:

All costume props and weapons must be inspected when entering the event. 

At certain times, due to crowds and safety issues, people in oversized costumes may be asked to leave the Main Hall.

All costume props and weapons must be inspected daily at one of the Information Desks by a staff member.

If you do not want to have your costume props or weapons inspected or tagged, or if you are not willing to comply with these policies, please do not bring your costume props or weapons to PACFES/PACLAN.

The Costume Props Policy is subject to change.

Smoking is not allowed at PACFES/PACLAN unless in designated locations. at any time and in any location. No smoking at PACLAN/PACFES includes traditional cigarettes, pipes, cigars, E-cigarettes, or any vaping product or device unless in designated locations. This policy is in place not only for the comfort of attendees but also to comply with city ordinances prohibiting smoking at public events near any doorway, entrance, exit, or operable window. Please comply with this policy; noncompliance may result in ejection from the convention.

Alcohol or alcoholic beverages that are purchased on site are allowed inside the Event halls or however inappropriate levels of inebriation may result in ejection from PACFES/PACLAN. Any Underage drinking or solicitation of underage drinking will result in an immediate ban.
Those with intent to drink alcohol will be provided with designated wrist straps. All underaged persons will be ejected after 10pm for their own safety.

Those with a legal guardian are welcome to stay though they will need to be cleared by the front desk at time of entry.

Here are answer to the most common questions with regarding exhibiting a floor booth or running a micro event at PACFES/PACLAN

1.When do I have to apply by, in order to hold a booth at PACFES/PACLAN?

All potential vendors must have submitted their forms for entry by January 15th at 2200. Pre-approval is a possibility as well as full booking, as such we highly suggest applying prior to the date and get approved as soon as possible. 

 2. If I do not have to pay, what's the catch? 

Surprisingly nothing! PACkage inc. was fortunately able to acquire the location for a great deal and as such we wanted to pass along the opportunity to local creators and businesses in hopes of creating an event that supports all of the cool scenes throughout Kansai!

Please feel free to use it how you see fit to maximize your experience as a vendor at PACFES/PACLAN!

 3. Vendor Safety

Lastly, for safety concerns sale of alcohol will be allowed to individuals with alcohol bands only, this will ensure that all participants under the influence of alcohol will be above the required age to drink. Any vendor caught selling any non-permitted drinks to those without said bands will be subject to ejection from the venue. Use of fire is also explicitly not permitted, because of this we recommend caterers prepare food elsewhere and bring them to the location for sale. All vendors are also allowed to refuse sale to anyone and as such should there be any qualms with any attendees, vendors should seek out a member of the PACkage inc staff in order to minimize any potential problems.
