New Head Coach Geoff Coventry and coaching staff are asking that you, please complete this form if you are ATTENDING ST. MATTHEW High School and interested in playing football for the TIGERS in 2021.  Football at St. Matthew High School is a WALK-ON sport --- NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!

**With the current COVID-19 situation in Ontario we are unsure what this Fall will look like.  IF the authorization is given to resume football, we will contact interested students.

We will create an email contact list that will allow us to communicate any necessary updates on possible return to play information throughout the next few months.
