Payment Information
**Payment will be collected via credit card over the phone primarily. You will receive a call within 24-48 business hours from a Wausau Flying Service representative to get your information and to assign your flight slot. Payment must be made to hold your flight slot in Air Cadet for a Day. 

Alternate payment arrangements (ie in-person) can be made over the phone with the WFS representative. 
I understand that payment is required to hold my spot(s) in Air Cadet for a Day and if payment is not made my flight slot will be forfeited.

Flight Slot Assignments:
During the Air Cadet for a Day weekend, there are 8 available flight slots - 3 on Saturday following the ground school and 5 on Sunday. These will be reserved based on order of registrations received. Flights can also be scheduled outside of these dates for any time based on aircraft / instructor availability.
