BID FEE: $225 per team or $400 for a split squad

Bids will mainly be given out based on a first-come, first-serve basis, however filling out this form does NOT guarantee a bid to this tournament. You will be notified that you have received a bid through an email from uwecwomensultimate@gmail.com. We will begin notifying teams that they have a confirmed bid in the end of August/beginning of September. Bids must be sent in by September 30th. After this date, the bid price will be increased to $275. Monday, October 7th, will be the final day that bids are accepted and full refunds are given if you must drop out. Checks should be made out to UWEC Women’s Ultimate Frisbee and sent to 213 Niagara st, Eau Claire, WI 54703. We would love to see you all there again this year for another fun-filled tournament!
